Little Drummer Boy

Friday night was such a fun night! The Christmas program was so cute! Ian's group started out the program and Ian led the way down the aisle. The other babies were either carried or pushed in a stroller, but Ian walked down with a drum strapped to him and a jingle bell in his hand. The "awes" were so loud and everyone watched the babies. Ian was the perfect drummer boy.

It made me a little sad thinking about it. I know Ian loves his teacher, Ms. Yazmin. She's been very good to us, and we're only going to be in her class for another 3 weeks. I'm not ready for him to move up to the one-year old room. I'm not ready for him to be one! My little boy is growing up so fast!

  1. Can't believe he's going to be one soon. Time does fly. One is a great age though. They really start to become "little people" and are able to do so much. It's fun to see everyone's kids grow up "together" even if we are all so far apart.

    Love You guys!

  2. How cute! I know what you mean about not being ready to move on and leaving the first teacher behind. Hopefully he'll still be able to see her (like Timmy can with his). I was just thinking about how Ian is going to be one. Just wait until he's putting together whole sentences. It's a trip!

  3. Yay for first Christmas programs. Naomi will be in her first program (at the age of three) on Sunday. Let's hope she doesn't flash anyone or fall off the stage! ha! So excited that he's walking too...or maybe not?!
